Hello and welcome! I'm happy you are here. My name is Tabby. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist. I also studied Occupational Therapy in college and have a background as a Chiropractic Assistant, Certified Nurse's Assistant, and Client Advocate for victims of abuse. I have a heart for people who are hurting and enjoy being there to care for others. Many people are carrying around anxiety, stress, trauma, and pain in various forms. My hope is that I can be a helping hand on your pathway to healing. I have always been fascinated by the way God so intricately designed the human body. I believe if we are intentional in caring for ourselves and giving our body what it needs, we are able to achieve healing on many levels. There are benefits in utilizing more natural holistic methods to achieve restoration. This is why I decided to open Anchor Massage & Wellness. ~ Find your balance. Embrace the calm. CANCELLATION POLICY
**Please read and acknowledge** In order to avoid future discrepancy or misunderstanding, it is very important that you closely read and understand these policies before scheduling an appointment with Anchor Massage & Wellness. Scheduling an appointment means you are reserving a specific block of time in my schedule. Proper notice and communication on your part is necessary when cancelling or rescheduling your session. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Please provide at least a 24-hour notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. I will happily take care of your cancellation and reschedule your appointment for another time without penalty. However, failure to provide the proper 24-hour notice will result in a cancellation fee. As an individual practitioner and small business owner, my income is directly tied to scheduled appointments. When clients do not show up, it directly impacts the sustainablilty of my business. Your understanding and adherence to these policies enable me to continue to provide quality care. I am truly grateful for your support. Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of 25% of the booked session will be charged to your card on file in the event that a 24-hour notice is not given. This fee helps to compensate for the time slot you reserved for your appointment that could have been otherwise secured by another client. *Any declined payment method or unpaid invoice must be paid in full before rescheduling another appointment.* No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without any notice or communication, you will be charged the full session fee. This policy respects the time and schedule of other clients and the therapist. Late Arrival: If you arrive to your scheduled appointment late, the session will still end at the original scheduled time. The full session fee will still apply. This respects the next client's time for their scheduled appointment after yours. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will automatically be considered a "no-show." **If you are running late, please contact/message me at 417-718-6339 ASAP to keep the remainder of your scheduled appointment.** The full session fee will still apply. I empathize and understand that life events can and do happen to us all. Proper communication goes a long way. These policies are in place to protect and honor all clients and therapist by creating consistency and mutual respect for all parties. If you frequently or persistently violate cancellation, no-show, and/or late arrival policies, you will be required to pay the full cost of your session, non-refundable, up front at time of booking, in order to secure future sessions.
